PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:
Hello - I hope everyone who attended our year-end
Awards Banquet had a good time. Both the buckles and vests turned
out great-I wish I had won one.
Once again we will start our season in January
at Rancho Murieta. We will be showing in the small arena on
Sunday, January 5, 2003. We hope to find another arena for February
and March. We have a lead on a possible location at this point
in time.
Last year we had two shows that lost money due
to increased cattle costs. To prevent this from happening during
the year, we will apply less money to the jackpot if need be,
instead of raising entry fees when we can not source cattle
at a reasonable price.
Please note the change in the 2000 Limited
Class. We are reducing the entry fee and jackpot fee.
Happy Holidays,
Bernie Talbot

2003 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
The Clements Cutting Club offers a unique opportunity
to our supporters for the 2003 season. For $250.00, we will
provide the following advertising opportunities:
-
We will make a 3' x 5' vinyl banner which
will be displayed at each cutting on the inside arena walls.
-
We will run your business card ad in each
of our monthly newsletters.
-
We will put your ad permanently on our web
site.
In the past, our sponsors donated year-end awards.
We changed our format beginning in 2001. Instead of year-end
awards in all classes, we have been jack-potting all classes.
The members have responded enthusiastically to this change.
Our new advertising program reflects another change for the
club. The Board of Directors believes it offers a much higher
level of visibility for our advertisers.
Thank you for your support.
